Super foods in general are fresh foods. Organic if possible, but don't be restricted by that.
Fish is the best protein because of the omega 3 oils. Eat the skin and fat! For other meats, trim the fat.
Butter makes brain chemicals. Don't replace it with low-fat spreads or margarine.
Raw vegetables are fabulous for mineralizing your bones, muscles and connective tissues. And for providing the enzymes needed to assimilate your foods.
Enzymes tell your cells what to do. Without them your cells shut down a lot of processes. When you cook your food, the enzymes break down. So fresh raw vegetables and salads keep your cells in business. That doesn't mean you can't cook anything, but adding chopped raw vegetables to your salads with a yummy dressing can be delicious.
